As a hirer, there's nothing to pay upfront — funds are held in escrow. Once the job is complete and you approve the hours, payment releases to the worker automatically. As a worker, payouts happen weekly or daily depending on your settings.

If there's a disagreement about hours worked or job completion, you can raise a dispute. Our team reviews the evidence (GPS logs, time records, messages) and makes a fair decision within 48 hours.

Absolutely! Once you've worked with a worker you like, you can message them directly, save them as a favorite, and invite them to future jobs. Many hirers build ongoing relationships with their trusted workers.
